Why did we choose Klepierre Management?

The majority of what we are looking for is functional teams. We don’t really care if it is a start-up or a local branch of a global company – what matters is the way the employees we have met describe the place. Klepierre is a successful global corporation, yet, the local team has qualities of a small family collective with great mood and atmosphere and the drive to work for a successful company. In our opinion, the following two people ensure all that. Firstly it is HR manager Mirka Frydrychová who has been working for the company for the past 13 years, and when we talked about why they want to appear on cocuma, she said they are a great team and she would like to show that. Apart from that, Mirka makes sure that the company takes good care of its Czech employees, that people don’t leave, and that they come up with great ideas you often don’t find in a corporation, such as team meditations. Secondly it is regional director Kamil Michael who also manages the Slovakian and Poland branches. When we asked him about his values, he answered: "My values are very simple. I love transparency even if it is difficult sometimes, I love freedom of speech and I value honesty." And all of that shows in the way Klepierre works in Czechia.
