They are not just looking for an easy job and a “comfy” position with a company. We have real enthusiasts working for us. Full of excitement, we set to work and started creating; none of us could have guessed how quickly a small group of enthusiasts would become one of the biggest and most ambitious players on the market.
We now operate in several European markets, in the UK, the US and APAC. We connect several cultures and use their diversity as a great source of inspiration. We are expanding rapidly and recruiting experienced seniors as well as enthusiastic juniors. They can join our big and exciting projects – in return, we offer them our know-how and willingly pass on what we believe in.

Our know-how is built on experience in media, data and technology. As a result, we are gradually developing unique partnerships and collaborations. Our key partners include Salesforce, Mulesoft, Bloomreach, and Google or Meta. We are building a consulting team to find the ideal solution for our clients. This team links all the necessary specialisations across Mind2FLO. And its main task? To help clients navigate complex challenges and find the ideal approach to achieve their goals. Sometimes, it is enough to improve the effectiveness of marketing communication; other times, you have to set up good internal business processes.
We are primarily consultants. We want to build long-term partnerships with our clients. Yes, it can be challenging. But our comprehensive approach delivers much better results for our clients. We just really enjoy doing this.

Open – about everything
After many years in business, we’ve come to understand that our biggest obstacle can be ourselves – when we fail to communicate information. That is why we build on open communication, honest feedback and cooperation. Thanks to our shared know-how, we draw inspiration from colleagues around us. We learn from each other every day, passing on essential information. You will always find a helpful colleague here who will happily advise you.
We also realise that nobody is infallible. If we make a mistake, we address it decisively and without hesitation. We have created an environment where mistakes are seen as a learning and development tool, which is a genuinely refreshing approach!
We need to create things that make people’s jaws drop. If I have to choose between a lot of money or the possibility to create something that makes someone’s jaw drop, I’m dropping some jaws.
It’s very important to me that you can bring a piece of yourself here. It is wanted here. No one is going to hinder you, no one is going to use you to get ahead and show you what they are better at. We’re all good at something and together we fit as the pieces of a perfect puzzle.
We do not create barriers or hide behind hierarchy
At some point, all experts begin to struggle with their egos. We realised rather quickly that we wanted to go a different way. In Mind2FLO, good ideas take precedence, not egos. We listen to each other; we can accept different opinions and change our decisions, especially if we see that a different solution has more added value for us or the client. We try to break down any communication barriers. We do not lock ourselves in our offices. Each individual on the team can express themselves, regardless of their seniority.

Creatives may not excel in spreadsheets, and data specialists may not be design experts. Yet, even in unfamiliar areas, we can move forward. I was impressed that the people here like to learn new skills and share them with each other. If I’m a really good analyst, I can see about 10 to 15 projects in my lifetime. I will gain some experience and that will move me forward. But when we come together as a team and share our successes, failures and knowledge, we can grow even faster and better. Personally, being part of such a company, having top people around me, the opportunity to learn and pass on my knowledge to others, it all motivates me.
I appreciate being able to be myself also at work, not just in my personal life. This company creates a space where people are not afraid to speak their minds and self-realise. 45 thousand decisions per day
Yes, sometimes we make this many decisions every day not only for our company but also in our personal lives. We are reducing this number by creating framework rules for our cooperation. But at the same time, we are giving people more freedom. Each of us has our work style and needs space to create. That is why we do not enclose our employees but give them as much space as the required result allows.
On the other hand, we require a high level of responsibility. For the work done, for the results delivered, but also for mistakes, this is linked to the concept of open feedback we apply to everyone. We see it as one of the most essential skills that will take us further on our career path. It is one of the fundamental pillars of internal functioning.
We are based in Prague and Ostrava
Our offices are in Prague’s Bořislavka Centre, next to the metro station and shopping centre, where we most often go for lunch, coffee or something sweet. We also have our chef. They bring delicious lunches, snacks, and desserts to the office daily. And one part of the team can be found in Ostrava near the Futurum shopping centre.
The place you want to be right now
We are not going to lie; we work a lot. We are a group of ambitious people who are passionate about what we do, and sometimes, we can be a little impatient. It happens that we work longer than just the necessary working hours. We are developing massive projects that we never even dreamed of. We can sacrifice a part of ourselves to make them successful and deliver results.
On the other hand, we have grown past living in offices. We work on professional as well as personal growth. We work with coaches and therapists, and we lay down boundaries. We consciously work with the idea that professional and personal life form a complex whole that must be functional for anyone to be satisfied.
We build on results, not on ratings or evaluations. Whether we succeed in the evening at the office or early in the morning after we take the kids to school is up to us. We will be glad if you embark with us on this journey of knowledge.
I don’t like ’work-life balance’ as an expression. For me, it is all about life balance. Work is an essential part of life and we offer a place where people can enjoy it. They’ll not feel like they’re missing out on anything in their private lives. The work itself becomes a deep part of life. We’re looking for people who don’t want to separate work and life.
If I were to headhunt one of my friends, I could quickly and easily convince them to come here. For me, the most important thing is the human side. I see it in our management – they are close to us. They are another teammate. These are people I can talk to at work or over a beer. We can tell them everything. And you can feel that they want us to be comfortable here.
