Our cloud team works with start-ups, companies and government agencies to make them more productive and collaborative. We are looking for a Country Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Country Manager’s role is to develop new business with existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Some of our clients are unicorn startups and agile dev teams (e.g., Madfinger Games, Spendee, GoOut, Dáme Jídlo, Biano, Sinch). Our core business is providing them with great cloud solutions so that they can focus on their core business. We don't see them as clients only, but also as members of our team - we work closely with them, to fulfil all their needs. We help our clients and improve their stack (Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, Terraform, …) including CI/CD Pipelines (Gitlab-CI, Helm) on GCP and AWS.

What do we expect:

  • Proven work experience as Sales Account Manager, Product Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Thinking outside the box and ability to solve problems in a creative way
  • Client-orientation and strong communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and independence in solving tasks
  • Basic theoretical understanding of cloud-environment and infrastructure
  • Self-confidence, communication skills and talent to influence and excite clients as well as your team
  • Willingness to travel
  • Czech/ Slovak on a native-speaker level and proficient English
    • Knowledge of another language is an advantage

Job responsibilities include:

  • Developing a relationship of a trusted advisor with our clients
  • Clearly communicating the progress of weekly initiatives to the internal team
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying new opportunities
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and preparing reports
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Ability to help clients, by providing them with a tailor-made solution, beneficial for all parties involved
  • We will provide you with a database of existing clients and leads from our partners (Google, Amazon)
