We're looking for someone passionate about customer service and eager to learn, regardless of their experience level. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, your skills and enthusiasm can be a valuable asset to our team.

You'll be the right hand to our Estonian Market Expansion Specialist. Together, you'll ensure Estonian customers have a fantastic experience and understand our brand perfectly. ✨

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Customer Service Hero: Become the friendly face of Bonami for our Estonian customers, answering questions via email and social media.
  • Estonian Language Guru: Use your amazing Estonian skills to translate our website, product descriptions, and marketing materials. 🇪🇪
  • Content Master: Make sure all our information is clear and accurate, including technical details.
  • Market Expansion Support: Provide essential support to the Estonian Market Expansion Specialist, like handling checks, urgent translations, and managing social media stories and reels. 🤳

To be a perfect fit, you'll need:

  • Exceptional Estonian and English Communication: You'll translate content and connect with customers and colleagues, ensuring clear and friendly communication in both languages. 🇪🇪🇬🇧
  • Customer Champion: A problem-solving pro with a passion for making a positive impact! You'll find solutions to customer issues, fostering positive relationships and helping us improve our services for the Estonian market.
  • Estonian Market Enthusiast: Your understanding of the local market, whether through experience or a deep appreciation for Estonian culture, will be a valuable asset. You're eager to learn and contribute to Bonami's success in Estonia. 🚀

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices (especially meta descriptions). 

Some other information:

  • We are looking for someone based in Prague, Czech Republic, or Central Europe with a reasonable time zone overlap, to start as soon as possible.
  • This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) for someone with a freelancing license.
