Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Customer Success Manager serves as the main link between our customer base and our product, acting as the voice of our customers throughout the entire company.
As a CSM you get to:
• Be the ultimate owner of our clients' portfolio. You guide our clients through all the stages of our cooperation, such as the implementation phase, expansions/upsells, and ongoing support. You proactively address any problems that may arise.
• Cooperate closely with the product team. Advocate for customers' needs and ensure that our product aligns with the market demands.
• Maximise the value of our product for our clients = real estate developers in Serbia. You are their trusted innovation partner and you help the clients achieve their digitisation strategy goals.
• Retain our revenue and explore opportunities to boost it. You will be given the freedom and support to convert those opportunities into tangible results
We look for…
- Native Serbian speaker with an advanced level of English (B2). You have excellent communication skills in both languages. Additional Hungarian / Romanian / Bulgarian language might be an advantage.
- Full-time Customer Success Manager to collaborate with the local team. You can but don’t have to use our office in Belgrade.
- Customer ambassador. You are the advocate of our customers within our company and you also excel at managing customers' expectations. This role requires previous experience in Customer Service/Customer Success/Account Management or a related field.
- Problem solver. Your main focus is to understand the customer's process and its pain points. Your satisfaction comes from the value you deliver to the customer or from a problem you solved for them.
- Technology fan. You have a decent understanding of various IT tools and the ability to orient yourself in the new ones quickly. Previous experience with extensive use of other CRM or with IT tool implementation is an advantage.
- Owner. You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver on assigned tasks.
- Open mind & Drive. You are open to taking and giving feedback to improve yourself and the company. You are constantly challenging the current status quo and looking for opportunities how to grow and improve.
- Flexibility. You have the excitement for fast-paced growth and the ability to resist the stress that comes with it.
