Customer Support Manager

We're on the hunt for an experienced senior customer service manager who will establish and own customer support services in our Prague office. We're looking for someone capable of analyzing Greenlight's current and future situation in relation to our customer base. Our customer service manager should recommend and implement the right tools to provide a diverse, sophisticated set of customer services at scale. This is a full-time role that will require cooperation across multiple teams, including executive reports, product development, marketing and communications, key account management and business development.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Analyze Greenlight's customer service needs
  • Recommend relevant tools to take into use
  • Implement a set of best practices
  • Manage customer service on a global scale
  • Understand Greenlight products and their environments
  • Provide full service and support to Greenlight's products and clients
  • Build sustainable relationships

  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to clearly and professionally present information
