Head of Category management

• 👥 Lead and motivate a team of 10 category managers and 10 category specialists, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• 📃 Negotiate yearly contracts with suppliers, ensuring the most advantageous terms for Bonami.cz.
• 🛒 Develop and execute effective purchasing strategies, optimizing our buying power while maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.
• 📚 Ensure the assortment structure is complete and up-to-date, reflecting the needs of our customers and market trends.
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• 📊 Conduct regular business reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions to drive growth

•  👨‍💼 People Management: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work culture.
• 🤹‍♂️ Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing to achieve desired results.
• 💼 Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in negotiating favorable contracts and agreements, leveraging excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• 📈 Strategic Thinking: Capacity to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions that support company growth and drive purchasing efficiency.
• 👩‍💻 Analytical Skills: Aptitude for using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
• 🌐 Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and teamwork.
• 👩Czech language and English language at a good command: We are a Czech company but have many foreign colleagues. Some of our company meetings can be in English.
