In the Qminers analytics team, we look for patterns and signals across products and financial markets. We test ideas on data, model them, and design algorithms that then trade automatically. Would you enjoy thinking about the mathematical principles behind movements in financial markets? Formulating a hypothesis and seeing the results within moments thanks to a simulation that can replay the market microsecond by microsecond? If you enjoy solving difficult mathematical or programming problems simply because they exist, you will probably enjoy working with us.

What we expect from you:
- You are a student or recent graduate in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
- You have excellent academic results and experience with mathematical, physics, or programming olympiads, competitions, or hackathons.
- You have programming experience, ideally in Python.
- You have excellent logical reasoning skills and can explain your thinking clearly to others.
- You are able to understand more complex mathematical structures and solve difficult problems.
- You learn quickly and can quickly get involved in development.
- You are results-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
- You are familiar with mathematical modelling and statistical methods.
