L2 Front Office Analyst 24/7 - Prague

Your daily work

  • Cooperation with the whole team at Command & Control Centre (C&CC) and other teams within the delivery in a 24/7 operations model
  • Work with Capacity & Availability Management to continuously monitor the required thresholds, look for opportunities to fine-tune the service to provide the best user experience and service availability
  • Work with Event Management tool
  • Initiate Incident, Problem, or Change activities using pre-defined rules and communicate status with Incident, Problem or Change Managers in compliance with Process Policies
  • Perform scripted corrective, repair or service restoration actions around Front Office issues
  • Assist the Major Incident Managers in the event of an identified P1, P2 or declared Major Incident
  • Feed recommendations into the Event Management and other Continual Service Improvement Plans and own the implementation of some the actions
  • Produce technical documentation, work instructions and guidance notes for supported toolsets

Technical/Professional skills and competencies

  • Work experience as an Application specialist in an international multiple role service management team
  • Knowledge of various Front Office applications such as SalesForce, hybrid cloud, network, virtualization, compute, database and storage technologies
  • Solid experience in monitoring tools
  • Enthusiast into IT technologies
  • Soft skills – a team-player with analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities and capability of independent & efficient decision-making
  • Advanced English
