What is the role about
We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team and help us showcase our company culture, values and achievements to the world. You will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing content for various channels such as social media, website, video, etc. to promote our employer brand and showcase our employee stories
- Planning and executing external communication activities such as events, fairs, communities and universities to attract and retain talent
- Developing and implementing internal communication channels such as newsletters, internal events and campaigns to foster promote engagement and alignment
- Collaborating with various stakeholders such as HR, marketing, etc. to ensure consistency and alignment of our communication and employer branding efforts
- Measuring and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of our communication and employer branding initiatives
About you:
A creative mindset and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and formats
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
- A team player attitude and a collaborative approach to work, who knows how to inspire people for your ideas and projects
- You like people, you’re a natural networker
- You have experience with graphical design, copywriting
- Experience with photo and video editing is an advantage
You speak Czech and English
