We grew from zero to EUR 3 million+ in annual recurring revenue — serving companies across various industries, ranging from modest blogs to large banks. What started as a simple session recording tool for websites is now a feature-rich analytical mega tool offering unparalleled insight into how online products work. Smartlook is truly a product-oriented company. With more than 2,800 paying customers across the globe, we never focus on a single customer or geographical location. Your main responsibilities



  • CRM implementation from a project management point of view
  • Analysis of current internal systems and their consolidation if required
  • Understanding, mapping, and improving internal processes
  • Managing security compliance projects
  • Oversight and administration of our internal systems
  • Cooperation with main stakeholders across various departments to ensure data consistency 


What we expect from you



  • Hands on experience with systems and processes preferably from a software company
  • Experience with system implementation
  • Knowledge of Gsuite, Salesforce, Hubspot, and subscription management tools is a plus
  • Independent and accountable
  • Analytical mindset, dynamic and versatile person
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Communicative level of English 

We do generic analytics and we don't do anything just for one client. For each request, we determine if we can find at least a thousand other clients who will use the solution.
