Role in a nutshell

The process manager (PM) will analyse and improve the processes, define and keep track of KPIs and deliver solutions and innovations for both software and process improvement with a high degree of autonomy. At the same time, the PM is involved in building Rohlik's operations strategy and generates ideas to make it better. PM will closely work with the Operations Product Owners and the Group Operational Excellence Tribe.
