For our team we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for BFSI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, banking, finance, technology, marketing and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

👩🏻‍💻 What do we expect from you?

  • A solid understanding and hands-on experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

  • Take the initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities, reaching out to potential customers and cultivating meaningful relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills to articulate the value proposition of Meiro's Customer Data Platform (CDP) and its benefits to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and positioning Meiro as a strategic partner.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and utilizing a proactive approach to meet sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, as well as other departments such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

📍 What can you expect from this position?

  • You’d be an active part of our sales process from lead generation, through scoping, up until business review with active clients.

  • With many business processes, you will have a chance to design the process, propose valid KPIs and business strategy.
  • Play a crucial role in expanding Meiro's presence in the EMEA market, contributing to the company's growth and success.
