Our team focus is on:

Complete projects and implement solutions that build upon SFMC in an international environment. Hands-on and involved in all phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements to design to documentation, development, testing and acceptance. Ability to leverage best practices and best use of "Out of the Box" in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Your responsibilities would be to:

  • Develops SFMC solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.

  • Development within Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies utilizing Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery practices by using tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Participates in requirements sessions and other requirements workshops to achieve clarity as input for the development process.
  • Collaborates with business application owners with planning the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to support internal needs.
  • Guide and support cross country development collaboration within the construct of the Salesforce roll-out within NN International.
  • Build omnichannel journeys in Journey Builder what includes: creation of automations (basic SQL, filters and other configurable Automation Studio activities) to support entry audience identification and journey development, creation of supporting data strucures (Data Extensions, List, Attribute Groups).
  • Create omnichannel content including: development of responsive and personalized Emails/SMSs/Push notifications/CloudPages.Write AMPScript code to dynamically show personalized content and bring hyperpersonalized communications.
  • Actively participate in the agile way of working and having and supporting the team in growth.       

What is expected from you?

  • Marketing Cloud Development Knowledge: AMPScript (key capabilities), MC SOAP/REST APIs, MC Connect.

  • Skilled and interested in all phases of SDLC (i.e., Analysis, Design, Test, Delivery…)
  • Experience Data Modeling processes and in SQL is needed.
  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodology, and the development of associated artifacts (i.e., implement user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Email development, Javascript, CSS and front-end skills are important.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work efforts with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer/Marketing Cloud Consultant Certificate are preferred.
