Our team focus is on:
Support of CRM activities.
- Centralized development, creating an architecture and setting up the technical parameters, implementation of Salesforce functionality.
- Ensuring technical excellence/QA capability for country developed features to ensure integrity, infuse best practice knowledge, share latest developments.
- Increasing BU’s involvement in areas of Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- After the upstream process is completed, the work will move to the country teams that will execute locally.
- Creating a single view of the backlog(s), transparent for all BUs and aligned to local roadmaps.
Your responsibilities would be to:
A Salesforce Solution Architect is a proactive individual with strong understanding and hands on experience implementing business requirements on the Salesforce platform and other cloud solutions such as Financial Services Cloud and Community portal.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements to technical solutions.
- Review features containing business requirements and recommend solutions to resolve them following Salesforce development best practices.
- Create, illustrate and document designs for feature implementations providing appropriate justifications for the selected designs.
- Collaborate with the other solution architects in assessing the implemented solutions for performance, security and other related issues, to identify implementation as well as architectural improvements.
- Review code and configurations done by the developers to ensure quality and adherence to the development standards in place.
- Conduct research and carry out proof of concepts on new Salesforce capabilities that could accelerate current development or bring added benefits to business.
- Participate in refinement sessions to provide guidance in business understanding of Salesforce capabilities and boundaries.
- Identify Salesforce implementation issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
What is expected from you?
- At least 6 years experience in Salesforce development in financial services cloud, service or sales cloud.
- Salesforce certifications - App builder, salesforce developer 1 and at least 1 salesforce architect related certification.
- Clear communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of programming concepts .e.g. object oriented programming, data structures. Experience with C# or python programming languages is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Cloud is an added advantage.
- Pro-active personality with can-do attitude.
