In this role, you will need to understand behavior patterns, suggest improved hints and recommendations, and help our product team build the most user-loved product ever. Apart from ongoing improvements based on your analysis, you will help set priorities for Wrike’s future strategic development and tactical product road map.

More About Your Team
The team has 3 members and focuses on a Wrike product core experience from table views to blueprints and customized types. Core experience is part of the product used by all our users for their every day work - navigation, task creation, planning, status overview and etc.. We help to improve client experience, by leveraging data and bringing insides of product usage to product managers. We are forming and modifying the future of product development as a data driven voice in the product team.
There are some project examples bellow:
Create dashboard to track main release metrics and processes
- Create a metric that links UX changes and business outcomes
- Cluster clients by their in-product behavior and bring insides about difference between them
- Use A/B test and non A/B test technique to find good and bad impact of releases

How You’ll Make An Impact
by reporting on weekly product usage
- by defining the right metrics
- by planning the correct tracking method for each specific situation and a new feature, we need to understand what exactly should be tracked and how. You’ll be responsible for making sure tracking is implemented correctly
- by planning experiments
- by doing ad hoc analysis and applying advanced analytics
- Analyzing a feature’s impact before it’s developed
- Building BI reports and visualize data for marketing stakeholders
You will achieve your best if you have
Advanced knowledge of SQL & databases (we use Google BigQuery) is a must
- BI tools (we use Tableau) is a must
- Understanding of statistics for AB tests
- Experience with analytics (from 2+ years)
- English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level (or better)
- Willingness to take on responsibility and own your projects
- Tendency to think about overall business value, rather than just about numbers and charts
- Communicative and friendly
You will stand out with
Python or R programming skills (we use Python and sometimes R) for data analysis
- Usage of machine learning for analysis
- Advanced analytical methods:
- Clustering
- Regression analysis
- Graphs
- Statistics for complex situations and bootstrap
- Causal inference
- Propensity score matching
