Are you an SEO professional with a passion for fashion and e-commerce? Do you have a track record of driving organic traffic growth for large-scale websites? If so, GLAMI is looking for someone just like you to join our team as an SEO Specialist.
GLAMI is a leading European fashion discovery platform that connects fashion-conscious consumers with a vast range of products from various e-commerce websites, making their online shopping experience both convenient and enjoyable. Founded in 2013 and gradually spreading across 14 markets, GLAMI has grown into Central and Eastern Europe's most visited online fashion platform. On the basis of our state-of-the-art in-house AI technology, we are simplifying the way people discover and buy fashion.
Our platform is growing rapidly, and we're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to help us further enhance our online presence. You will report to the Head of Content, become part of a broader team that curates content on our website and have an experienced development team ready to implement your SEO ideas.
🏋️♀️ THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an SEO Specialist at GLAMI, you will play a critical role in optimizing our website's visibility in search engine results. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing SEO Strategies: Leverage your related experience to formulate effective SEO strategies that drive year-over-year growth in organic traffic. Contribute to the development of the medium-term SEO strategy, staying updated to industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Technical SEO Expertise: Ensure the website is technically sound and SEO-friendly. Address issues related to crawlability, indexing, or site speed.
- Content SEO: Collaborate with our Content Specialists to optimise product descriptions, category pages, and blog posts for search engines, focusing on high-quality and helpful content.
- Keyword Research: Identify and target high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our industry, ensuring we rank well for fashion-related queries.
- On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility and authority.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvements.
- Cooperation with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various teams within GLAMI to identify opportunities, align SEO efforts with business goals, and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- Action Plan Development: Create detailed action steps and guidelines for optimization and support Content Specialists in implementing SEO best practices.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
At least 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on large-scale websites.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site speed and mobile optimisation.
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Expertise in keyword research and content optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, capable of developing and executing an effective SEO strategy
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of the Czech language is a plus.
