We aim to build the largest IP cameras integration platform. Enhanced cameras - simple & future friendly solution bringing value to anybody. Founded by 3 experienced streaming, hosting and computer vision experts, Angelcam, Inc. set out on a mission to make network cameras smarter and streaming live video and audio from them simpler.
What you will really do
We are looking for a Support Engineer that will make it his or her mission to work on Angelcam customers' happiness. We see the perfect Engineer as a native English speaker (or an equivalent if you're not one) with technical background and the ability to communicate with customers through live chat, email and phone.
Your daily tasks, as a member of the support team, will include squashing every so-called ticket in the support queue as quickly as possible and getting on the phone with customers to help them connect their IP cameras to their cloud-based apps. We would love to find a candidate who lives in Prague, Czech Republic and is willing to be helping customers in US time zones. Occasional remote work is possible.
- Windows admin level, ideally Linux and Mac as well
- experience with 1st - 3rd level support, networks and cloud computing
- excellent in communication and customer support
- understanding of IP cameras and experience with streaming video is an advantage
With thousands of paying customers (and even more non-paying users) our product-market fit has been validated. But we still have a greater vision up our sleeves that offers a lot of searching and prototyping challenges and opportunities.
