Tasks and responsibilities
Leading and coaching of development teams to develop complex and innovative product solutions
- Close cooperation with architect, technical leads, product management, and other stakeholders
- Governance of meetings
- Driving the continuous improvement of team performance within the development team
- Participate in the hiring process
- Creation and monitoring of an SW delivery plan for SW components in order to have a basis to measure the progress and performance of the development tasks
Must have
Written and spoken English
- Experience with team management
- Technical background
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with embedded devices
