That's why we have opened a Managed Services center, which provides the complete package – our services are built on the ServiceNow platform and we process incidents, solve client requests and analyze problems within this tool. 🚀 If you have at least a year of experience in an IT company and speak English, this is a good foundation on which we can build your career at Devoteam. 💪

What will your job be all about?

  • analysis and resolution of our clients' incidents/requests
  • managing the correct escalation of critical incidents
  • management of various cloud environments
  • continuous implementation of enhancements and helping clients optimize their IT

What do we ask of you? 

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in service delivery teams
  • knowledge of IT basics and willingness to learn new things quickly
  • experience in an international environment an advantage
  • knowledge of English at least at B2 level
