Bloomreach is the main tool we work with. And we are looking for someone who can deliver our clients’ business needs through innovative, AI-driven marketing thinking using this platform. You will work closely with Petr and the CVG expert team and lead large projects using your Bloomreach, marketing skills, client data, and AI models.. 

• acting as a solutions architect for our clients, providing guidance and expertise on CRM strategy development and implementation
• identifying and analyzing our client's requirements and priorities
• co-creating campaign concepts that leverage data, personalization and multi-channel communication to increase efficiency and optimize the customer experience
• collaborating on the design and implementation of technical integrations
• inspiring our clients to think differently so that new tools and opportunities are used correctly

• practical experience with Bloomreach CDP
• experience in a similar role including client consultations and ability to communicate with different levels of seniority
• expertise in integrating and deploying CRM platforms through configuration, development and integrations with third parties
• proficiency in marketing automation solutions
• marketing experience in the online/digital world - CRM/CVM, emailing, PPC, social, etc.
• Czech & English at high professional level
