To support our expanding business we're looking for an experienced senior level Data Science & AI architect to lead our team. You will be the pillar of this team taking ownership of a robust pipeline of ongoing, high-impact projects for our global and local clients. Your expertise will be crucial in spearheading innovative projects and drive the business in the AI & Data area forward 💡. 

Your mission: Architect & Lead.

As an experienced leader, you will:

  • define Data & AI roadmaps and design architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to automate complex business processes
  • translate client goals into data-driven solutions and champion them with stakeholders
  • lead complex data science projects and oversee the rollout of predictive models that provide a competitive edge
  • act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and tailored training to meet diverse client needs
  • lead & mentor a team of 6 colleagues in the AI & Data team.



Your expertise 

  • hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

  • proficiency in Databricks (Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI) to unify engineering and analytics
  • expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a deep understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, and scalability)
  • exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with people and navigate all seniority levels.
