YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting with a strong focus on operational KPIs

• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and highlight key drivers
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (mainly in Excel or BI tools)
• Work closely with different departments to understand performance and improve transparency
• Help translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for management

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU WILL USE AND DEVELOP

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field
• First experience in FP&A, controlling, or data analysis (e.g. internships)
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in operational performance metrics
• Solid Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Comfortable working with data and explaining results in a simple way
• Fluent in English
