YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategical Responsabilities
Define and implement the purchasing strategy for your territory, ensuring it aligns with both local needs and Group objectives.
- Prepare the annual OpEx budget in collaboration with mall management, in line with Group guidelines and tailored to local needs.
- Ensure effective application of the Group Purchasing Policy by overseeing its rollout, providing training, and supporting shopping centers to ensure consistent adoption.
- Standardize and harmonize the purchasing practices across key expense categories—such as maintenance, cleaning, safety & security and energy — in close coordination with relevant departments.
Volume Bundling & Negotiations
- Lead purchasing committees and oversee quotation processes at the territory level.
- Emphasize needs harmonization and volume bundling in purchasing to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.
- Manage the supplier panel to monitor risks and drive optimization for improved supplier performance and procurement efficiency.
Team Animation
- Be an actor and promote best practices and benchmarking analyses to improve decision-making and enhance competitiveness through the purchasing committee at territory and group level.
Transversal Projects
- Support the implementation of harmonized material lists across the territory.
- Lead the implementation of the new purchasing tool planned for 2026 across the territory.
