As an AI Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products within the Digital Frictionless Customer Journeys and Portals (DFCJP) workstream, contributing to the company’s goals of automation, operational harmonization, and enhanced customer experience.
Our applications will streamline business operations, ensuring a seamless and frictionless customer experience. By harnessing the power of AI, our components are designed to facilitate and automate tasks such as claims processing, underwriting, and more.
Your main responsibilities would be to:
Design innovative AI solutions to improve operations in claims processing and contact center automations.
- Develop and deploy AI models.
- Collaborate with product management and other team members to align AI strategies with business objectives
- Drive the implementation of AI initiatives across all business units, ensuring adaptability and scalability
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the reduction of customer effort scores and the increase of straight-through process ratios
- Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive edge
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other members of the AI squad
Your profile:
Expertise in AI and machine learning, with a strong background in model development and deployment
- Expertise in AI and machine learning, with experience in model development, deployment, and scaling
- Industry experience in insurance or related fields, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Python and experience with platforms such as Azure AI.
