As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for leading our international team of Business Growth Strategists (you might know them as BDR) towards pipeline optimization and revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting efforts.  

🧑‍💻 What can you expect from this position? 

  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve individual and team goals;

  • Develop and implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth;
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts;
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities;
  • Contribute with your own pipeline of prospects.

📍 What do we expect from you?

  • You have a leadership style and demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Previous experience as a business development manager, sales manager or similar relevant role (more than 3 years), experience with leading a team is must have;
  • Come up with ideas leading towards team revenue growth and achieving BDR sales targets;
  • Enriching communication, meaningful negotiations, and building interpersonal skills is something you do every day;
  • You enjoy a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • CRM (Pipedrive), Apollo, LI Sales Navigator all ring a bell for you;
  • Professional level of English, Czech is advantage;
  • You want to join the team in our Prague office on a regular basis (hybrid way of working).
