Work schedule
Full-time
Address
Křižíkova 148/34, 186 00 Praha

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Fabric/PBI enthusiast with great communication skills and BI background, who is eager to learn new tools and techniques and work on customer projects across various industry verticals.

What will you do?

  • Transform raw data following best practices and build clean, scalable data models that serve as the foundation for reporting
  • Set up and maintain pipelines so transformations run automatically
  • Build Power BI reports and dashboards that give the business real answers
  • Own the full data flow from end to end: source → transform → model → report
  • Work with a PM to pick up business requirements, turn them into BI solutions, and validate outputs with end users
  • Move your work through dev, test, and production environments using Azure DevOps

About you

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI – data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dataflows
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric – whether that's Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, or Warehouses
  • Solid SQL skills and a good grasp of data transformation concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking – you can look at a messy dataset and know where to start
  • Clear communicator – comfortable presenting to both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Curious about what's next – AI features in Fabric, new PBI capabilities, automation, data governance
  • Fluent in Czech and English

What can you expect

  • Work on international projects using cutting-edge data tools
  • Solid benefits package: extra 10 days of leave, multisport card, generous annual learning budget, open bonus structure, local and international knowledge sharing sessions, and more
  • Hybrid flexibility – we meet in the Prague office regularly (around 2–3 days a week), and you’re free to choose what works best for you beyond that
  • AI-friendly by default – we stay current, experiment with new tools, and treat AI as a genuine work partner
  • Continuous learning and development to keep your skills sharp
  • If you're a keen sportsman, you'll find plenty of company here :)

I've enjoyed all these years doing meaningful projects that make a real impact. I see people growing around me and how we export their Czech know-how to the whole of Europe.
