Your Mission

Your role as an Operation Specialist is pivotal in orchestrating the product delivery process. From overseeing order fulfilment to providing hands-on support at customer sites, your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our customers enjoy a swift and seamless experience with our products. Your contributions will not only streamline our processes but also cement customer trust and loyalty in Storyous and Teya.

On any given day, you'll be:

  • Vigilantly monitoring the order fulfilment operation and addressing any logistical challenges.
  • Offering technical and administrative support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, including repairs and replacements.
  • Meticulously preparing and submitting service reports.
  • Guiding both the team and customers with your technical expertise.
  • Actively participating in training sessions for team members and customers, sharing your knowledge and skills. 

Your Story

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Ideally, brings at least 1 year of experience in a field or customer service support role.
  • Excels in both verbal and written communication, able to engage effectively with customers.
  • Possesses robust problem-solving skills, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Can work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Stays calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Upholds integrity in every action and decision.
  • Holds a valid driving license.
