Cosmic Latte is looking for a Growth Marketer. Someone willing to learn and do high-impact work to scale our dating applications. Overall, we’re looking for a curious, smart and responsible addition to the Growth team, led by Dilan.

If you’re a problem-solver and self-starter with some marketing experience, are ready to work closely with our team and are familiar with abbreviations such as CPM, CPI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, ER — then you’ll fit right in!

• Develop and implement social media strategies across key channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a particular focus on brand awareness and user acquisition

• Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Analyze and monitor ASO performance metrics, and optimize app metadata to improve app visibility and rankings in the app stores
• Support and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, Tikok, Instagram and other ad networks) to maximize efficiency and ROI
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, managing influencer marketing campaigns for user acquisition and brand visibility
• Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making

• 1-2 years of experience in the mobile app industry, dating niche, or relevant field

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, content formats, and engagement strategies
• Proficiency in ASO techniques and tools, with a track record of improving app visibility and rankings
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of key performance metrics
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies
• Native or near-native-level of English

• Experience with crafting inclusive messaging and understanding LGBTQ+ audience preferences
