As the Onboarding Manager Team Lead your job is to develop and guide a new team of Onboarding Managers, whose mission is to drive high product adoption through a successful onboarding of new customers. 

You will be in a role of a player-coach spending approximately 60% of your time guiding the customer on the journey to reaching their business goals, minimising the pain points bound to their current process through leveraging the Rossum solution.

This includes sharing the best practices, explaining the design principles and ideas behind the Rossum platform and teaching them how to gain its full potential.

Your goal is to develop and maintain collaboration with the team of solution architects who are responsible for delivering custom services on top and in tandem with the work delivered by the onboarding management team..

The combination of depth of hard skills, business acumen, project management skills and clear communication are the main determining factors of seniority in this role.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with managing technical onboarding and/or implementation.
  • Must have previous experience leading a team.
  • Must be a team player who can collaborate with different department heads to drive the projects forward.
  • Must have a customer-first mindset, and be able to balance customer needs and the company needs.
  • Must have experience developing and implementing processes to increase efficiency.

  • Ensure timely and smooth delivery of onboarding plans.
  • Implement and iterate on customer-onboarding processes to ensure great customer and employee experience.
  • Set up success metrics and measure the impact of your team. 

What You Will Not Do

This role is purely about the value and success of the customer, all commercial aspects of the account management will be handled by dedicated business people.

Rossum is a very tech-savvy product, therefore a familiarity or even experience with the following stack is a huge plus:

  • Python basics
  • JSON, XML
  • MongoDB Query Language
  • Elasticsearch
  • SFTP, S3, EDI

HTTP requests and API, Integration platforms, AWS, GIT, Tableau
