Do you have a knack for not only dreaming up these ideas but also bringing them to life through stunning visual stories, captivating posts, and engaging reels? If you're nodding your head, we're looking for someone like you to take the helm of our social media content creation and strategy!
📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…
As our Social Media Content Strategist, you'll:
- Steer our content ship across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, optimizing strategies for stellar performance.
- Whip up, curate, and publish content that draws eyes and engages hearts across our social channels.
- Monitor our social media presence, interacting with our community in a way that’s timely and professional.
- Identify and coordinate with external creators to ensure a steady stream of top-notch content that's true to our brand and values.
- Guarantee our visual identity is consistent across different markets and platforms.
- Craft content that not only showcases our brand's message but also highlights our features and rallies the fashion community around our platform.
- Experiment with new content forms and strategies, scaling what works.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
A creative soul who's all about generating and executing brilliant ideas.
- Independent and skilled in crafting content for social media platforms (Reels, stories, posts...) right from the cozy comfort of our office.
- A master of time, juggling tasks, and organizing your work.
- Analytical and data-savvy, with an ability to decipher reports, draw logical conclusions, and act on them.
- Empathetic towards our audience, understanding their needs, and creating content that resonates with them.
- An eagle-eyed individual who ensures every piece of content aligns perfectly with our branding.
- Capable of scouting and managing external content creators to drive user-generated content strategies.
- Exceptionally skilled in both written and verbal communication, crafting messages that captivate and engage.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools like Kontentino and Google Analytics, as well as various content creation tools.
- Fluent in Czech and English, with at least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
